Term Project – Strategic Plan for Dining Hall in IAAU

The dining hall is one of the important parts of our university life that everyone considers as a place where students can have a good meal, rest and energy to continue the educational process and enhance learning abilities.
Goal - In this research paper, our team is going to introduce some of problems which dining hall’s consumers face every lunchtime by evaluating each kind of meal during one week, and solutions for these problems in order to develop dining hall and strengthen customer relations

Problems:
   • Poor service level
   • Lack of meal
   • Inappropriate queuing system
   • Low quality of food in terms of its taste
   • Scarcity of menu

Solutions:
    Make infographic banner with cost allocation illustration to show all operating costs to customers (students/workers/teachers) and distribute in university, web page, social networks
    Develop web-page of the dining hall on university’s official site with up-to-date menu, receipts, prices, comments and rating feature
    Develop application in coopertion with Computer Science Department that will shuffle menu’s items according to customers’ preferences, ranking, nutrients and costs, mixing the main and complementary dish
